Yes, different workspaces can be on different subscription plans. For example, in case of 2 workspaces, one can be on the Professional plan, and the other one can be on the Teams plan.

User subscription is charged on pro rated basis. When you add any admin or creator in the workspace, subscription amount will be charged only for the remaining days of that month.

When you remove any creator/admin from the workspace, subscription amount for those users will not be charged from the next month onwards.
