Do you want to double your closing rate?

SiteRecon users are scaling their business with 0% investment in recruitment or marketing

Mainscape increases closing rates from 10% to 20%

"When we first got in touch with each other, we saw that opportunity and knew that this was a problem we didn't have a solution for and you brought it, you brought a really strong solution to the table."

Nate Hyde, VP Sales, Mainscape, talks about his team's experience with SiteRecon.

Greenscape frees up time to make an extra $100,000 per BD this year

"Came across SiteRecon and saw the opportunity that it would do more that what an internal position could do. And now our sales guys are using your tool to measure properties."

Daniel Currin, CEO, Greenscape, talks about his experience with SiteRecon.

Level Green reduces time spent on bids by 250 hours in 1 month

"With SiteRecon, we do not need to have somebody spend their time going through a map and clicking around a map, we can just get a good outline of the property and put the features that we want. And a few hours later, we get the results that we need."

Michael Mayberry, CTO, Level Green Landscaping, talks about his team's experience with SiteRecon.

Precise measurements to crush underbidding and overbidding

"It was roughly a 0.03 acres per door difference (between our data and SiteRecon's data), which equated to about a $150,000 price difference from what I would have proposed compared to what I did. You have no skin in the game. If we get the job or don't get the job, you're just providing the most accurate measurements as possible."

Nate Hyde, VP Sales, Mainscape

Fast turnarounds - 10 acre HOA measured in 5 hours

"One thing that I love and I think the sales guys actually love it a lot, is just the speed in which the properties are measured."

Daniel Currin, CEO, Greenscape

It happens faster than we can do it in-house

The biggest benefit to this platform is kind of twofold - the benefit is not just the savings of time of one person, but the fact that we can also redirect that person on to something else"

Michael Mayberry, CTO, Level Green Landscaping

Speed increases prospect engagement - to increase closing rates

"And so the sales guys are seeing when they can get back to the customer faster, they can keep the customer engaged, and keeping the customer engaged is starting to increase their closing rates."

Daniel Currin, CEO, Greenscape

Push more qualified leads only to increase close rates from 10% to 20%

"Now we're able to widen out the bottom part of that funnel and have a better close rate. We're also putting better, more qualified leads in the top of the funnel and frankly, seeing our close rate increase that 20 to 25%."**

Nate Hyde, VP Sales, Mainscape

*Nate also updated the sales process in 2020 and that has also contributed to this increase

Get more time for production review now and interacting with prospect

"The ability to compress the amount of time in the beginning of the bid process is huge for us, because it allows us to do a better production review. And it allows us to spend more time focused on the client and, and figuring out what the client needs, rather than focusing on measuring property."

Michael Mayberry, CTO, Level Green Landscaping

We are really leveraging cost of salespersons

"By being able to fill the funnel faster, we're putting more sales through the funnel, which is really leveraging the cost of our salespeople and expanding what they're able to sell dollar volume wise on an annual basis."

Daniel Currin, CEO, Greenscape

65x return on investment, sales per BD go up by $100,000/yr

When you take the measurement out, we've seen sales, people's productivity go way up, because they are able to focus on those higher value activities

Daniel Currin, CEO, Greenscape

We need transparency and SiteRecon delivers that to us

"They've also put the data in a place that makes it accessible and visible to everyone in our company, which is important. We need transparency in our company so that we can continue with our open communication. And SiteRecon delivers that to us."

Michael Mayberry, CTO, Level Green Landscaping

I know corners are not being cut during measurements

"So now we're going into every project knowing where our costs are, that we can execute those, we've got really good confidence in the measurements now that we're using from the tool."

Daniel Currin, CEO, Greenscape

What is SiteRecon?

SiteRecon is an end-to-end, fully automated property measurement solution.

It is an online platform that measures the properties for you. You have the option to measure properties on your own or get them measured by the software.

It has a button - 'Get Measurements' - that creates orders to generate property measurements.

All you need to do is input the address, select the features that need to be measured and press that button. SiteRecon then pulls the property outline and high resolution aerial imagery, measures the property, checks for quality, and delivers the data.

Result - fully automated property measurements.

Why haven't I heard about it before?

SiteRecon was operating in the US and Canada since August 2020, partnering with Australian aerial survey company Nearmap to get high resolution, updated aerial imagery for creating precise property maps.

Partnership with Nearmap grew in 2021 and we now access Nearmap's imagery from aerial surveys over Australian cities - opening up SiteRecon for landscaping companies Down Under.

How does SiteRecon automate property measurements?

SiteRecon delivers the following assets at the click-of-a-button in a few hours

Latest high definition aerial image

(delivered in a few seconds with the property outline)

Total measurements in an excel

A map of all the features measured

What can I measure with SiteRecon?

You can measure standard features such as surface area of turf, beds, sidewalks, parking lots, length of soft edges and hard edges, count of trees and palm trees.

  1. This is the list of 23 property features you can measure on SiteRecon:
  2. Higher-order features such as surface area of shrubs, slop of turf and height of trees are measured on request.

What will the delivery time look like?

Depends on the size of the property, the number of features to be measured and the volume of order traffic. In case the system is not swamped with measurements (>95% of the time), you can expect to get back the measurements within -

  1. 30 minutes for a residential property where you need turf area.
  2. 5 hours for a 10 acre property with turf, beds, trees, sidewalks and parking lot measurements.

Why does it take 30 minutes to do turf on a residential site? Because someone in our team always eyeballs the measurements extracted by the computer algorithm from aerial imagery to make sure that the data created is accurate.

How accurate is it?

  1. Map outlines are accurate within 7 cm of their actual position on the ground. Measurement numbers are extracted using these map outlines.
  2. You can get similar accuracy from a property survey is someone moves the measuring wheel exactly along the boundary of the parking lot on the property. And then repeat the exercise of turf, beds and all other features that you measure

SiteRecon users have verified the measurements through site visits and you can see their testimonial in the case study videos.

How does SiteRecon handle a property covered by trees?

SiteRecon combines different sources of imagery to get the most complete picture of the site -

  1. Leaf-off imagery collected during winters to see through tree canopies
  2. Street imagery to get a view from ground

The above sources are combined with the latest high resolution aerial imagery of the site to extract measurements.

Can SiteRecon measure a property that was recently constructed?

Yes. SiteRecon access the best-in-class aerial imagery from Nearmap to extract measurements. Nearmap imagery is collected over 700 cities within the last 1-9 months. The collection frequency depends on how big your city is. The bigger the city, the higher the collection frequency.

Can SiteRecon measure hundreds of properties in one-go?

Yes. It is possible to place bulk orders on SiteRecon. The customer support team supports you directly with such requests.

This how it works -

  1. Upload an excel containing the list of addresses and the measurements needed.
  2. Review if the right location and property outline was picked for the address.
  3. Click on 'Get Measurements'.
  4. Properties are mapped at a rate of few dozen per day and the support team follows up to ensure that the data is reviewed and approved.

Is there a restriction on the type of property that SiteRecon measures?

No. SiteRecon supports measurements for -

  1. Residential properties
  2. Commercial properties
  3. HOAs - common areas, private areas
  4. Municipal right-of-ways
  5. Sub-parts of larger properties
  6. Properties outside cities in continental US - in Alaska, Hawaii, Samoa, Canada, Venezuela and Antarctica.

How do I take the measurements to the field for site visits?

You can open SiteRecon app on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets/iPads. As long as you have an internet connection and a mobile in the field, you can access the maps.

How do I share the data with my team and customers?

SiteRecon enables you to share maps with accounts added to your organization's workspace. Everyone added to the workspace can view maps and measurements.

For people outside the team, you can share a map just like sharing a YouTube video - using a webpage link.

Who uses the platform? What is their use case?

The most common users of the platform are -

  1. Business developers - ordering measurements while working on leads.
  2. Estimators - offloading measurement tasks on the platform.
  3. Operations managers - verifying the maps and measurements through site visits.
  4. Admin and support staff - helping sales team review the measurements generated by the platform.

What does the onboarding process look like?

Once you decide to subscribe, there are five steps to go through -

  1. Signing data license agreement
  2. Paying for platform subscription
  3. Signing up on the platform
  4. Completing the 1-hour training call with SiteRecon team
  5. Ordering first property to measure

Our company does not have a lot of volume of property measurements, will I benefit from it?

Even if you have 50 properties to measure every year, those are 50 opportunities to have smarter pre-bid conversation with prospects, qualify leads faster, increase closing rates and optimally allocate sales reps’ time that you will miss out on if you continue with the old way of measuring properties.

I can’t afford it since I have already bought the annual subscription of another online measuring tool?

You have only paid for the software subscription. You haven’t paid the real cost of using it - the cost of time invested into measuring properties and the missed opportunity to have smarter pre-bid conversation with prospects, qualify leads faster, increase closing rates and optimally allocate sales reps’ time that you will miss out on if you continue with the old way of measuring properties.

What is the ROI?

We help you discover the ROI (return on investment) on our demo call.

You can see the ROI on the Greenscape and Mainscape Case Studies page.
